Lumina is operated by Viberyte LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an AI-powered nightlife discovery platform and venue management tools through our mobile app, website at lumina.viberyte.com, and partner portal ("Services").

Account Information: When you create an account or claim a venue page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and Instagram username.

Instagram Data: If you connect your Instagram account via Instagram Business Login, we access your public profile information (username, profile picture, bio) and publicly available media. We use this to populate your venue page and sync content. We do not access private messages, follower lists, or non-public content.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous analytics including page views, taps, and session data to improve our Services and provide social proof features.

Venue Information: For partner accounts, we collect business name, address, hours, menu items, event details, photos, and other content you provide to display on your public venue page.

We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Services; display your venue page and events to consumers; process payments and subscriptions; sync your Instagram content to your venue page; send transactional communications (booking confirmations, account updates); improve and personalize the user experience; generate anonymous, aggregated analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases: with Stripe for payment processing; with Meta/Instagram as required by their platform terms for the Business Login integration; when required by law or to protect our rights; with your consent.

Your public venue page content (business name, photos, events, hours) is visible to anyone who visits your NightLink page.

We use Instagram Business Login to verify venue ownership and sync public content. Specifically, we access: your Instagram username and profile picture for identity verification; your public posts and media to display on your venue page. We do not post to your Instagram account, access your direct messages, or collect data about your followers. You can disconnect Instagram at any time through your partner dashboard settings.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Publicly posted venue content may be cached by search engines beyond our control.

We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You may: access, update, or delete your personal information through your account settings; request a copy of your data by contacting us; disconnect Instagram and revoke access at any time; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@viberyte.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use anonymous analytics to understand how our Services are used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
