• You are responsible for account security
• One account per person
• Accurate information required

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or post misleading information
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

5. Content & Recommendations

• AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
• Venue information may change; verify before visiting
• We are not responsible for third-party venues/events
• User-generated content must comply with community guidelines

6. Intellectual Property

Lumina's code, design, and AI models are proprietary. Venue data is aggregated from public sources and credited appropriately.

7. Payments & Refunds

• Premium features may require payment
• Event ticket purchases are subject to venue policies
• Refunds handled case-by-case

8. Disclaimers

Service provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Accuracy of venue information
• Availability of events/reservations

9. Limitation of Liability

Lumina is not liable for:

• Experiences at third-party venues
• Injuries, losses, or damages incurred
• Service interruptions or data loss

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account anytime.

11. Changes to Terms
